At Blue Bloods Golf, we work directly with leading manufacturers to deliver premium golf simulators, launch monitors, and accessories to your door. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and what to expect during the delivery process.


Shipping Methods

Drop Shipping Model

Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. This approach allows us to:

  • Offer competitive pricing without inventory overhead

  • Provide the freshest products directly from the source

  • Ensure proper handling of specialized equipment

  • Maintain manufacturer warranties and support

What This Means for You:

  • Products may ship from different locations if you order multiple items

  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment

  • Packaging will display manufacturer branding

  • Delivery times vary by manufacturer and product

Shipping Carriers

Our manufacturer partners use trusted carriers including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Freight carriers for large items (simulators, enclosures)

  • Regional carriers as appropriate

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.


Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-3 business daysOnce your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we submit it to the manufacturer for fulfillment. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Delivery Timeframes by Product Type

Launch Monitors & Small Accessories:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (when available)

Hitting Mats, Screens, Nets:

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after processing

  • Items typically ship via ground freight

Golf Simulator Packages:

  • Delivery time: 2-6 weeks after order confirmation

  • Timeframes vary significantly by manufacturer and product availability

  • We will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of purchase

Current Manufacturer Lead Times:

  • GolfIn: 4-6 weeks for Northeast corridor (subject to backorders)

  • TruGolf: 2-4 weeks (varies by system)

  • Other manufacturers: Contact us for current availability

Backorders

If a product is backordered:

  • We will notify you immediately via email

  • You can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund

  • We will provide updated delivery estimates as they become available


Shipping Costs

Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Manufacturer shipping policies

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select products. Promotional terms will be clearly displayed on product pages and at checkout.

Large Item Shipping

Golf simulators, enclosures, and other large items:

  • Shipped via freight carrier

  • Freight shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Curbside delivery is standard (see Delivery Options below)

  • White glove delivery may be available for an additional fee


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Small to Medium Items:

  • Delivered to your door by standard carrier (FedEx, UPS)

  • Signature may be required

  • Package left at door if signature waiver is on file

Large Items (Freight):

  • Curbside delivery is standard for freight shipments

  • Driver will unload items at the curb or driveway

  • Customer is responsible for moving items into the home

  • Delivery appointment will be scheduled in advance

White Glove Delivery (Optional)

For an additional fee, some manufacturers offer white glove delivery service:

  • Delivery inside your home to room of choice

  • Unpacking and debris removal

  • Basic assembly (does not include installation)

Professional Installation

Approximately 60-70% of our customers require professional installation for golf simulator systems.

Installation Services:

  • Arranged separately from product delivery

  • Coordinated with qualified local contractors

  • Quoted individually based on your space and system

  • Includes setup, calibration, and virtual training

Installation is NOT included in shipping costs. Contact us to discuss installation options and pricing for your specific setup.


Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers in the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@bluebloodsgolf.com.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and import taxes

  • Additional shipping costs

  • Compliance with local regulations


Order Tracking

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number(s)

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation

  • Visit the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress

Delivery Notifications

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the shipment - Accept delivery and note damage on delivery receipt

  2. Document the damage - Take photos of packaging and product

  3. Contact us immediately:

  4. Keep all packaging - Required for damage claims

We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue through replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation

  3. Contact the carrier to file a claim

  4. Contact us at support@bluebloodsgolf.com - we will assist with carrier claims

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Manufacturer backorders

  • Customs processing (international orders)

We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Customer unavailable for scheduled delivery

  • Customer refusal without authorization

You may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Restocking fees (per our Return Policy)

  • Additional delivery attempt fees


Address Changes

Before Shipment

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • We will attempt to update the address with the manufacturer

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Carrier may charge fees for address changes or delivery rerouting

  • We cannot guarantee successful address changes after shipment

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.


Shipping Restrictions

Items We Cannot Ship

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • Small items may be shipped to P.O. boxes

  • Large items and freight shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes
