Blue Bloods Golf – Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Bloods Golf, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully, as it varies by manufacturer.

Standard Return Policy
For eligible products, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Return Terms:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Important: Our return policy begins when your shipment leaves the manufacturer's facility and is in transit to you.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery:
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Receive your refund within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund minus up to 3% in non-refundable credit card processing fees for orders where payment has already been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
  • Contact us immediately at support@bluebloodsgolf.com or 1-502-465-3669
  • We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue through warranty replacement or repair
  • You will not be charged return shipping for damaged or defective items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Installed simulator systems or components
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned without prior authorization
