Standard Return Policy
For eligible products, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Return Terms:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Important:
Our return policy begins when your shipment leaves the fulfillment partner’s facility and is in transit to you.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund minus up to 3% in non-refundable credit card processing fees for orders where payment has already been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue through warranty replacement or repair
- You will not be charged return shipping for damaged or defective items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed simulator systems or components
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned without prior authorization
